Fillet in trio of sauces

ingredients
400g fillet cut into thin slices
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons of cream
1 tablespoon of Worcester sauce
1 tablespoon of ketchup sauce
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon of capers Salt Brandy
preparation:
