Rabbit with pine nuts

ingredients
1 Kg of rabbit
3 tomatoes sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 bay leaf
1 sage leaf
1 sprig of rosemary
30 g of pine nuts
½ cup white wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt q.b.
Pepper q.b.
preparation:
Clean and cut the rabbit into parts. Put the oil in a pan with the garlic, sage, rosemary, bay leaf and let it fry for 2 minutes. Add the rabbit into pieces, brown it, pour the white wine and let evaporate. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and add them to the meat, add the pine nuts, salt and pepper. Continue cooking for as long as necessary, over low heat. Serve the rabbit on a serving plate.
